About Project
QualiFast Contracting took on the Admiral Pub interior design project, responding to a specific and detailed request from the client. The primary directive was to craft a space that not only captured the unique character of the pub but also maximized the potential of the expansive 10,000 square feet. The client’s emphasis on maintaining the pub’s identity while incorporating modern design elements presented a challenge that fueled our creative process.
The client articulated a desire for a seamless blend of traditional charm and contemporary aesthetics, setting the tone for color schemes, furnishings, and overall ambiance. Additionally, the client sought a versatile space capable of adapting to various functions, prompting us to explore innovative solutions for multifunctional areas within the generous square footage.
Understanding the importance of preserving the Admiral Pub’s distinct identity within the spatial constraints became a guiding principle. Collaborative discussions played a pivotal role, allowing us to align our design decisions with the client’s vision. The challenge presented by the client’s request became a catalyst for our meticulous planning and design process, setting the stage for the subsequent execution of the project.
Our Client’s Challenge
Navigating the challenges posed by the Admiral Pub interior design project, QualiFast Contracting adopted a meticulous and innovative approach. Faced with spatial limitations, our strategy involved a strategic spatial organization, maximizing the 10,000 square feet to achieve optimal functionality while preserving the pub’s character. Balancing traditional charm with contemporary aesthetics, our design decisions were guided by a collaborative process with the client, ensuring a cohesive blend that resonated with their vision. The demand for versatility prompted inventive solutions, with each area designed to seamlessly adapt to various functions and events. Our approach was anchored in client-centricity, aligning every decision with their unique vision for the Admiral Pub. Our Approach And Solution
The expansion includes eight additional wide-body gates, four jet bridge gates and four remote stand operation bus gates to increase capacity in the international terminal. The new restaurants and bars, retail areas, digital art and pet relief area improve the passenger experience. An iconic showpiece within the expansion is an island forest, complete with three live hemlock trees and contained within an open-air glass atrium.
